How soon can I reserve my equipment?
We are taking reservations at any length of time prior to your vacation.
When will my credit card be charged when I reserve my package?
Your credit card will be charged on the first day of your package. 
What happens if I cancel?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 8:00 am on first day of rental package.  Within 24 hours, the one day rate will be charged against the credit card guarantee.
Can I change packages once I arrive?
Yes.  You can change your package by adding extra days or changing your package choice as long as the equipment is available.
Do you deliver and pick-up at hotels outside of Banff? 
Unfortunately, we do not deliver and pick up outside of Banff.
What are your store hours if I want to call you?
Our store hours are from 7:00am to 9:00pm during the ski season.  Hours in the evening may be extended during the busier months.
Will the rental boots come with boot fitting?
Our rental experts will help size your boots for the best fit.
Do you have equipment for children, including helmets?
We offer rental equipment for children that includes skis, boots, poles, snowboard boots and snowboards. We do have helmets in our retail area.
Can I reserve ski school with you?
Not at this time, but we will gladly assist you in finding what you need.
What is the biggest size of boot you have for rent?
The largest boot size is 32.0 (equal to size 14 US sizing).
What is the smallest size of boot you have for rent?
The smallest boot size is 16.0 (equal to size 6 US childrens sizing).
Does your clothing rental include hats, gloves, goggles and face protector?
Our unisex clothing rental includes jacket and pant from size small to XL.
Are you open in the Summer?
We are open in the summer.  Please stay tuned to our web site for more details.
Do you supply Beginner equipment in addition to Advanced and Expert?
We are primarily specializing in intermediate to expert packages.  We do however carry a selection of beginner skis and snowboards.
Can I extend my pre-purchased rental package during my holiday?
Yes, you can extend your pre booked package by giving us a 24 hour notice prior to the last day of your package.  Subject to availability.
Does each package run in consecutive days?
Yes, all packages run in consecutive days.
If I reserve over the website does this guarantee a reservation?
An email confirmation is required before a reservation is guaranteed.
Is pick-up and delivery included if I just want a tune?
The pick up/delivery service is primarily for our Rental Packages.
